ROADEM'27 is the third edition of the International Conference of the Moroccan Association of Operational Research and Decision Support. The conference provides an international forum for presenting innovative research, exploring emerging methodologies, and discussing current challenges in Operations Research, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Decision Making.

The conference brings together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, engineers, and students from around the world who share a common interest in advancing decision-making science and its applications.

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way decisions are made across organizations, industries, and societies. From predictive analytics and machine learning to intelligent optimization and autonomous systems, AI offers unprecedented opportunities to improve the quality, speed, and impact of decision-making processes.

At the same time, these developments raise important challenges related to transparency, explainability, trust, ethics, robustness, and human-AI collaboration.

Under the theme "Decision Making in the AI Era", ROADEM'27 aims to explore the synergies between Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, and Decision Support. The conference will highlight theoretical advances, innovative methodologies, and practical applications addressing complex, uncertain, and dynamic decision environments.

Building on the success of the previous editions, ROADEM'24 in Marrakech and ROADEM'25 in El Jadida, this third edition will continue to foster scientific exchange, interdisciplinary collaboration, and strong interactions between academia and industry.

Authors and participants are cordially invited to contribute by presenting original research, innovative methodologies, industrial case studies, and real-world applications.

We welcome both methodological and application-oriented contributions.
